Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Durango, Colorado, USA. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Physical Products & Artwork
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS (cost calculated at checkout)
- Art Shipping: Original artworks and delicate pieces are professionally packaged with extra protection. Insurance is included on all art shipments.

International Shipping
Available. Delivery may take 10–30 days. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Items
Please notify us at clare@clarerowley.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
