Refund / Return Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026

At Clare Rowley Creates in Durango, Colorado, we care about your satisfaction while respecting the personal nature of our work.

Psychic & Spiritual Services (including Medical Mediumship)
All readings and sessions are non-refundable once delivered. 
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund (minus payment processing fees).

Physical Products & Artwork
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus original shipping costs). You are responsible for return shipping.

Special Conditions for Art:
- Original artwork and limited edition prints must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging, with certificate of authenticity (if any) intact.
- Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Artwork that has been hung, framed, or altered in any way is non-returnable.

Digital Products & Digital Art
All digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions
We will compassionately review exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or errors on our part. Please contact clare@clarerowley.com within 7 days.

Chargebacks
We prefer to resolve all concerns directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
