Session Policies

These policies apply to all Readings, Coaching and Consultation sessions.

48 hours or more before your session: Reschedule for free, or cancel for a full credit toward a future session.
Less than 48 hours: One courtesy reschedule per booking. After that, the session is forfeited.
Less than 24 hours, or no-show: The session is forfeited.
Running late: I will wait 15 minutes. After that, the session counts as a no-show. Late sessions end at their scheduled time.
Emergencies: Life happens. If you have a true emergency, email me and I will do my best to work with you.
If I need to reschedule: You choose a new time first or receive a full refund.

Sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a credit toward a future session.

You may transfer your booking to someone else as a gift, once per booking.
Email me the recipient's full name and email at least 48 hours before the session so I can verify them.
The recipient must be 18 or older and agree to these policies and my disclaimers.
Credits or refunds are only issued to the person who paid.
